How to Book a Regional Event
Mixers are opportunities for everyone to connect outside of the weekly chapter meetings. They are open to all members and non-members of Master Networks.
Chapter Meetups are for chapter-only participation, and do not require a request for reservation on the regional calendar.
Chapters can request Regional Chapter Mixers to be added to the regional calendar, to be published on the website and in weekly email newsletter by emailing the following information to Sami:
1. The name of the hosting chapter(s)
2. Time/Date
3. Location
Dates will be reserved as a TBD without all of the required information and on a first come, first serve basis. There can only be two mixers per county per week, but not on the same day within the same county. There is a two-week calendar block on mixers before, and one week after all community council events in order to ensure full participation of the region.
